A Little About My Journey:
For as long as I can remember, I’ve been drawn to understanding people—not just what they feel, but why they feel it. My first studies were in psychology, because I believed that if I could understand the mind, I could help people heal. But I wanted to do more than understand—I wanted to help in ways people could truly feel.
That’s what led me to nursing.
I poured my heart into caring for patients, holding their hands in hard moments, and doing my best to ease their pain. But over time, I felt something missing. The pace was fast, the moments brief. I began to realize that in modern healthcare, we often treat the body and the mind as if they’re separate. I knew in my heart that true healing only happens when we care for the whole person—body, mind, and spirit.
I wanted to slow down.
I wanted to really listen.
I wanted to be fully present for the people I served.
Massage therapy became that bridge. It gave me the space to connect on a deeper level, to combine my medical knowledge with the power of intentional touch, and to create moments where people feel seen, heard, and cared for.
Massage has become my way of offering what I always wished for my patients: a place to heal fully, where the mind can rest, the body can release, and the spirit can breathe again.
